Hi,

  1. Which FW version do you have installed on the router?
  2. Have you attached both WiFi antennas?
  3. Has it worked before or was this always the case?
  4. Can you send me a Troubleshoot file via private message? It can be downloaded from the router's WebUI, System → Administration → Troubleshoot page.
