I have a RUT955 and need to build the power connector my self - can you point me at the right Molex connector and terminals?

Molex also has ready-made cable assemblies of different lengths, it could be easier to use such cable and cut it in half to get open wire ends.

It may be worth noting that the "official" Molex connector pin numbering is different from the numbering used in Teltonika wiki (reverse order).
