Hi everyone,

Our router RUT240 disconnected from RMS exactly one month after registration in the system (13 September -> 13 October 2019). It is not clear does it coincide with an update or not. Reboot do not help to establish connection.

It receives and transfers the mobile data, connects to vpn server, but cannot be connected to WebUI (WAN).

What can be a reason and how to fix RMS connection making it connected for ever?

Hello,

Each device which is added first time to RMS receives 1 free RMS credit which is valid for 30days (1 month) after that credit expires and if RMS company to which device is added do not have RMS credits device is no longer monitored in RMS.

RMS credits can be bought directly from Teltonika or from other companies, which can be found here: https://teltonika.lt/product/rms/#where_to_buy
