Teltonika sell a dual LTE antenna:

Does anyone here know whether it requires a ground plane, and/or have any more detailed data-sheets than the sales flyer above?

Could you tell us more about your solution? How exactly you want to use that antenna? Where it will be used/mounted? Where router will be used/mounted?
