Hello.

I have a RUTX11 with FW VER: RUTX_R_00.02.00.2. I have set the SIM switch on both SIM for "On data limit" but there is no way to set the data limit info.

I have also set the "On SMS limit, but I got the same "no way to set the limits" issue.

I searched for similar questions and I found the same problems for a RUTX09.

I checked the existence of the "quota_limit" file in /etc/config/ . It is there and the content is:

config section "quota"

option enabled "0"

while the content of the "sim_switch" file is:

config entry 'mob1s1'

        option enabled '1'

        option no_network '1'

        option data_limit '1'

        option denied '1'

config entry 'mob1s2'

        option enabled '1'

        option no_network '1'

        option data_limit '1'

        option denied '1'

What can I do to have it working as it should?

Edit: solution in comments.

Hi,

You must first enable data limit in the section below SIM Switch:

Same thing for SMS limit - you have to enable it first. It can be done from SIM Card Settings section, SMS Settings tab:

Hi. Thanks for your answer. Now I understand what I did wrong with SMS and solved this specific issue.

What remains unresolved is the data limits issue: there is no place to set those limits.

I attach the screen shot of my SIM limit settings.

Hm, I think there may have been with "Keep settings" during the firmware upgrade and instead of adding the additional required settings, it kept the old ones.

Can you do a factory reset? I think it should fix the issue.

OK Dziugas, I did the factory reset and the missing panel turned out visible. Thanks for your help. I will study my RUTX11 and probably will be back with some new questions.
