We are unable to connect to device (RUT950) via RMS web UI link. Please see error message below:

"An error has occured while trying to browse through the proxy.
Failed to connect to device. Possible problems are that the server was not found, the connection timed out, or the connection refused by the host. Try connecting again and check if the address is correct."

Hello,

Make sure device is online in RMS, try to update device information and see if it will update try checking availability of device WEB UI Link if everything will be good, try generating new link again and try accessing devices webUI.

Try couple of times it could be network issues.
