Hello,

Which FW version and mail service are you using ?

If it's google:

1. Please be sure that you have enabled less secure apps:

https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/6010255?hl=en

2. Also enable POP for mail that arrives from now on:

https://support.google.com/mail/answer/7104828?hl=en

3. Be sure that you have entered correct mail settings, like POP3 server, port, user and password. More details in wiki page:
https://wiki.teltonika.lt/view/SMS_Gateway#Email_to_SMS

Other mail services might have similar requirements.
