Does fw upgrade overwrite /etc/hosts file?

If I modify /etc/hosts file (write additional lines), are those changes overwritten in the next firmware upgrade? Especially, in RUT240 in my case.

Hi,

Based on a couple of tests I just did, the changes were not overwritten when upgrading with the "Keep settings" option.
