On the device itself it shows Internet connection as Available (which it is - we have users successfully accessing the web via this unit).
However, the Connection state won't move off Connecting to profile tunnel.
I have de-registered and re-registered but same issue occurs each time.
The serial/.MAC all matches up and I have registered three other units no problem - just this one is giving this error.
Can you assist?
