Can somebody please help me?

I have a problem with the Rut240.

i configure one rut240 as a Server with ethernet on Wan and one as Client (working on SIM) with OpenVPN.

it works perfectly. But if i want to have the server working only with SIM then the client can't get any connection to Server.

i already have a private public adress and in menu services--> DynamicDNS configured. i also enable the remote connection in menu system--> Administration--> Access Control--> Tickmark the box enable http remote connection. always when the Server change the IP it change also on DyDns service provider so that mean the connection between server and Dydns provider works gud, but why it can't connect anymore with the OpenVPN. The server and also the client  can't connect to OpenVPN.

can sombody help?

Thanks

Hello,

i already have a private public adress

So is public or private? If it's private, you won't be able to connect to the server from WAN, even with DDNS. This is an example of private vs public IPs:

You can find more info on it here: https://wiki.teltonika.lt/view/Private_and_Public_IP_Addresses

Can you configure the router with the SIM card as main WAN, start the OpenVPN server, attempt to connect to it. Then download the router's Troubleshoot file and send it to me via private message. It can be downloaded from the router's WebUI, System → Administration → Troubleshoot page.
