New RUTX09. Firmware updated.

Unplugged power, when power restored power signal LEDs flashing but no connectivity (no LTE, no Ethernet, obviously no web-UI nor ssh)

Power cycled lot of times, RUTX09 sometimes works again but after reboot is again frozen.

Hi, 

Regarding your issue could you try updating the firmware via Bootloader menu??
