Hello,

Your router supported bands are: 4G: B1 (2100 MHz), B3 (1800 MHz), B5 (850 MHz), B7 (2600 MHz), B8 (900 MHz), B20 (800 MHz), B28 (700 MHz), B322 (1500 MHz) and 3G: B1 (2100 MHz), B3 (1800 MHz), B5 (850 MHz), B8 (900 MHz).

More information about supported frequencies you can find here: https://wiki.teltonika.lt/view/RUTX11_supported_frequency_bands#Supported_bands

Hi, I was looking for the same information and it seems there are different bits and pieces of information out there. The link you shared is  saying something different compared to other official documents used by some distributors as shown here: Data Sheet Does anyone have any insight by any chance? Thanks.

As mentioned it DOES support the correct bands unless you purchased the North American Version by mistake?

The NA Product Code starts with a 1 so RUTX 1***** whereas the one you need starts with a 0 so RUTX 0*****

It could also be that you need to MANUALLY enter the operator settings. Take a look here for Sim Card Settings;

Best of luck!

I'm not clear with your comments, but let clarify:

1. I buy Europe version (Through ebay), Product Code is: RUTX11000000

I will used in Dominican Rep, they have 3 Mobile Operator

Altice Dominican Rep:

2G: 900 MHz, 1800 MHz, 1900 MHz, 3G: 900 MHz,4G LTE: 1800 MHz (Banda 3), 1900 MHz (Banda 2)

Claro Dominican Rep: 2G: 850 MHz, 1900 MHz, 3G:   850 MHz, 4G LTE: 1700 MHz, 2100 Mhz (Banda 4 AWS), 4.5G:  Bandas 1700-2100 (20 MHz + 20 MHz)

Viva Dominican Rep: 2G: 1900 MHz, 3G: 1900MHz, 4G LTE: 1700MHz, 2100MHz

I will used with first Operator (Altice), According with your response and my understand this bands are supported?

If yes, will the SIM setting?, because the issue is that do not recognize the SIM,

I already test with AT&T Router (netgear-nighthawk-m1-mr1100) and is working fine without any  SIM configuration.

Thanks

netgear-nighthawk-m1-mr1100 - this router supports all the required bands. However, your version of RUTX11 does not:

  • 3G 900 MHz - YES
  • 4G LTE 1800 MHz (Band 3) - YES
  • 4G LTE 1900 MHz (Band 2) - NO
You can try setting bands manually. Go to the Network → WAN page and click the pencil button next to the mobile interface. In the next page, under SIM CARD SETTINGS, select Manual band selection and set these bands:
However, there's no promise that this will work. If only 4G LTE 1900 MHz (Band 2) is supported in your area - this will not help.
