I have a RUT955 with FW RUT9XX_R_00.06.05.1 and the last weeks the router continuously disconnect from mobile network. Sometime the router works for some days without any problems, sometimes the router disconnect the mobile network after some hours.

After a reboot the router works for some time and then the same problem occurs. The only messages in den Logfiles:

2020-01-10 11:42:20 - Mobile Data - Mobile data connected: T-Mobile A
2020-01-10 11:42:06 - Mobile Data - Mobile data disconnected

At the overview the data connection state is "Disconnected" and the State is "Registered (home); T-Mobile A; 4G (LTE). Signal strength is -83dBm

When I put the simcard in a Huawei Router, all works fine (with the same antennas)

Can anyone help me?

Thanks a lot!

Hi,

More parameters are used to determine the overall quality of the connection. They can be checked in the Status → Network → Mobile page. (Reference to that is here.)

Also, a Troubleshoot file could provide useful insights into the issue. Could you send it to me via private message? It can be downloaded from the routers WebUI, System → Administration → Troubleshoot page.

And what is model name of the Huawei router in question?

I have to wait until the next failure. Then I can transfer the data.
