Dear forum members,

i am using RUT 104 routers for remotely collecting data.

I always can connect my controller via WLAN to the router or a PC via lan cable. The status page is always showing normal conditions for IP, DNS etc...

But:

After hours or days of normal working the transmissions are stopping and connection to the server is not possible anymore...

Only after power down and up again the normal working is going on again.

Does anybody of you have similar issues and a solutuion?

Hello,

Is it mobile connection connection that drops down or the VPN ?

Also you could go to Tools --> Ping Reboot enable it, select the interval and retry count, enable reboot if no echo received and and set the IP address to ping. If the ping requests fails router will reboot itself automatically.
