need some help

having some real problems creating and connecting to y PPTP VPN on my rut 950.

I have set up the Rut 950 as the PPTP VPN server but trying to connect to it from my windows 10 pro is just not working and I'm unsure why

does someone have a template I can follow that you know works?

Please check the prerequisites, if you don't have a public IP is won't work.
