Hi, I cannot register in RMS my RUT955 because it says it has a duplicate serial number.

I bought the router here in Argentina and was firt opened.

What can I do to solve it?

Hi Fernando,

Check if you're trying to add device to RMS using correct s/n and MAC address.

Correct s/n and MAC which should be used while registering to RMS can be found in WebUI -> System -> Administration -> RMS

If there will be issues even with correct information PM me with your router's s/n.

I unregistered the RUT from the RMS and registered again wth the s/n and MAC that appeared on the box (the MAC was 1 digit different from the previous one).

Now the error message says: Failure (Error: Failed to resolve hostname.) The hostname that is shown in RMS Settings is: rms.teltonika.lt

The serial number of the router is: 1102120119.
