We tried reproduce the issue, but unsuccessfully. It seems misconfiguration may occurred.

But if settings are correct and issue still persist - please provide the following information:

  • Type of the device;
  • Type of alert;
  • Error messege;
  • Print screen;
  • Type of device, type of alert and etc.
