Hello,

I have a RUT 240 and getting the sim not inserted message,
I have checked the sim and it works in a mobile phone,
The signal strength is -87dbm

Any Ideas greatly appreciated

Hello,

Please try the following:

* Restart the router.
* Remove a SIM card and then insert it back.
* Reboot the modem. This can be done in the Status -> Network -> Mobile WebUI page.

Hi, 

Regarding you problem could you check if you are using the latest firmware? Latest Firmware (Click Me)
Also may i know what country are you in? Because maybe the router doesn't support your sim card band.
