Question

i have a rut240 using a voxi sim (Runs on vodaphone)

when i connect to the router using wifi on my phone everything works but when i connect using lan or wifi on windows 10 or my ps4 it does not optain ip address. i've also realised it says private ip which is weird because it was working fine yesterday on my laptop.

Hi, 

Regarding on your problem could you check the LAN settings of your Windows 10 PC? If it is obtaining the IP Dynamically or Static one.

On your PC go to Control Panel > Network and Internet > Network and Sharing Center > Local Area Connection > Properties > Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4)
