Question

When I tried to acces to a router with RMS, I have this error :

Hello,

Could you specify few things:

1. At what time did it happened? And is problem still there? (could it have been during weekly RMS maintenance?)
2. What does it say inside routers WebUI and RMS Overview window? Is device connected or it shows some kind of error?
