RUT955 sending SMS using AT commands via 232

Hi,

I'm trying to send SMS using AT commands from a server connected to a RUT955 via 232.

Using Teraterm and sending any AT command to the router it replies "OK" without providing the expected answers, for example the AT+CPMS=? command.

On the manual I didn't find how to setup a 232 serial SMS gateway also it is not possible to trace the commands received from the 232 interface without being a privileged user.

Hello, 
RUT955 via modem mode support following commands:

OMMAND

DESCRIPTION

USAGE

A

Answers incoming call

To answer incoming connection: ATA

D

Dial a number

To initiate data connection: ATD <host>:<port>
To enter data mode with Direct connect settings: ATD

E

Local echo

Turn local echo on: ATE1
Turn local echo off: ATE0

H

Hang up current call

To end data connection: ATH

O

Return to data mode

To return to data mode from command mode: ATO

Z

Reset to default configuration

To reset the modem to default configuration: ATZ

If You want use AT commands via modem mode I would recommend You TRB142
TRB142 supports full control via modem mode.
