Hi,

I just tried to sign up for an account at https://rms.teltonika.lt/.

It gave some red error when I clicked next after entering my details.

I cant enter the same details again becuase I get they are already in use.

When I try to login with my details, I get "Not activated".

When I try to resset my password, I get "Something's wrong."

I have received no emails to "activate" my acount.

How do I raise a ticket with someone to get this sorted ?

Hi,

To use RMS, you have to confirm invitation. Invitation was sent to your e-mail. If you entered correct e-mail address you should get notification from RMS. Please check your Inbox, All MAILS, Commercials tab, Junk or Spam folders.

If you can’t find it, then send me private message with E-mail and Company name, that you entered on RMS new account registration.
