When trying to stream to Facebook or YouTube using my RUT240, the streaming service is constantly getting disconnected with the following message:

FD_CLOSE, error 10053

This issue is seen when connecting through my mobile internet service provider. When connecting a WAN cable to the RUT240, it works fine. When using the same SIM card in an Android phone sharing a mobile hotspot, it workes fine.

Hello,

This error usually appear when server that you are streaming to tells to close connection due to poor QoS. This does not happen via mobile hotspot because router is not connected to provider directly and mobile data QoS does not apply, same goes to wired connection. Sadly from router side there is no real solution for that, only thing you can try using other kind of antennas to boost yours signal.
