Hello.
The issue you described is visual bug, WebUI does not correctly display RAM usage.
You can see the real use of RAM via CLI or SSH.
Go to WebUI ->Services->CLI
Login: root
Password: <<Your routers WebUI password>>
And enter following command: free -m
This command will show how much memory is used.
In nearest firmware release - this bug will be fixed.
