RUTX11 Unable to access internet in bridge mode

Hello,

I am unable to access the internet when I use my RUTX11 in bridge mode. What is wrong?

My setup has two routers RUTX11 LAN -> WAN Asus AX11000 (wan setup automatic ip and dns). No internet connection. But I do get an IP from ISP.

Please help.

Hello,

What is exact topology of yours setup and what device you want to receive IP from yours ISP? And does yours RUTX11 works and connects to ISP correctly not in a bridge mode?

Hi,

Yes, in NAT mode my internet works. NAT mode RUTX11 in 192.168.1.1 and AX11000 in static ip wan mode 192.168.1.2,  AX11000 lan being 192.169.50.1. But I can't get internet to work when I use RUTX11 in bridge mode.

What can I do? I want RUTX to bridge to my AX11000. Double NAT is causing too much latency.

Hello,

When you configure yours RUTX11 on bridge mode do you assign AX11000 MAC address? also change your AX11000 WAN settings to be DHCP instead of Static IP?
