I registered into RMS as demo.  I added a Rut240 into it. when i login to RMS, I see some tabs such "Configuration Tab" as inactive.

is it normal ?

Hello,

Mark your added RUT240 and tabs will become active. Also, make sure that your device is online and has green indicator near it's name.
