Can I power the RUTx11 at the same time with the power DC adapter (for regular power) and the POE port (from a UPS for power cuts)?

Yes, you can. 

 

Priority will have 4 pin connector (power DC adapter).

If the main power is lost, the router will continue to work through PoE interface.
