Hi

I have a RUT955 with a telstra mobile sim 4g card and I am unable to get the mobile data to connect. Please help.

which APN settings to do you set in mobile configuration ? the right one ?

Hello, 

Could you try updating to the latest firmware found on this link: https://wiki.teltonika-networks.com/view/RUT955_Firmware_Downloads.

Also make sure you are using the correct APN and sometimes the reason why it is not connecting because the sim card is not having
any data package.
