trb 140 rms cloud not loading lan device web ui properly

on the rms remote cloud link, it loads the first page web ui of the lan device, but then when navigating the web ui for the lan device it fails,

and dose not load the web page correctly

What kind of device webui you are trying to reach and use?

Clipsal 5500SHAC, once connected it uses web sockets or xhr to keep the web ui up to date, is this communication supported through the RMS service

Currently RMS for access functionality only use HTTP and HTTPS protocols.
