Hi,
Check is your phone (that you sending SMS) has correct caller number. Maybe it is “Hidden” or “Private”. Try to send test SMS from another SIM card.
Take a look at logs of your TRB device (WebUI -> Status -> Logs -> All events):
Normal Event log should be:

Get status from: +3706XXXXXX |
If issue persist please try to send few SMS text:
admin01 monitoring_status
admin01 status
Note: <<admin01>> is default RUT password and should be replaced by your admin password.
Then download “Troubleshoot file” from your device (WebUI -> System -> Administration -> Troubleshoot). Send it to me via private message.
