hello, i have a problem trying to view data reports from the rms web console.

indicates, not information

is there anything I need to activate on the device to view the reports from rms?

Hi Carias,

Please login to your router and navigate to the System menu and click on the Administration field. From the Administration Settings window go to the RMS section. Place a check mark next to the Enable remote monitoring field and don't forget to save the changes

hi, Yes. The rms is up and running, in fact, I can access the router remotely via rms. but for some reason I can't see or get data reports.
