I am unable to connect to RMS from 7 out of my 10 devices, I have confirmed that nothing has changed on the firewall or on the devices, I can get to each device individually, so the devices are definitely up, I have tried to remove from monitoring and re-add but it still does not work.

Please advise, as I have 150 more devices to install.

I have also confirmed that I do have enough credits.

Are devices seem online or offline on RMS system? Do you mean you can reach the devices' UI locally and log in without a problem but can't retrieve information on RMS? 

Did you just update the monitoring set up period on RMS or did you do the following? If not you can start with following;

Log in to that router's WebUI and navigate to System → Administration → RMS and make sure a checkmark is placed next to the Enable remote monitoring field
