Every time I setup a new lan (for vlan usage) and set a custom MAC address, this lan will be not availiable any more in the configuration. It will be listed in the status page. It also is working as expected. I can recover the UI managebility if I login using ssh and delete the custom mac address line completely in the sysconfig/network file, then reboot.
I guess this is a bug.
