My RUT950 will not connect to the internet anymore. It was working on Saturday. It says failure to connect to the host name. Can you assist please.

Hi,

Did you check overview tab in router webui? What information you saw? Can you share screenshot what details you seen on overview tab?

Also, describe router leds behaviour.

It shows the Mobile is disconnected on the overview page. The overview page will sometimes not pick up my SIM card as well. Thank The Lights on the router have been flashing red, yellow, and green.

Hi,

Please go to System --> Administration --> Troubleshoot and download the troubleshoot file.

Once you get the file, open system.log and search the section GSM information.

If your router is recognizing your SIM card should appear in this section..

(For this example, I`m not using SIM card, and the issue should appear in this way.)

If the router it`s not recognizing the sim card, check the physical slot.

Else, you can check the mobile configuration in Network --> Mobile
