Hello,

I have configured the RMS to send an email alert on event change ('online to offline') and it has been sending out multiple alerts . When I look at the dashboard, they show no interruption of service. Also, when i check the time stamp, the time is not matched, so I think these alerts are not accurate.

Email alerts is not realtime. We need realtime alerts. I hope you could help me with this concern.

Hello!

Could you tell me what action do you choose?

"Send email" or "Send from RMS email"?

Also check time settings on your device in WebUI -> Services -> NTP and time settings in RMS.

The action is "Send from RMS email".

I already check the time settings and it's correct based on our timezone.
