The router was working for 2 months, but after a rebooting, appears as disconnected.

I made a hard reset and didnt work

The sim its ok.

Any suggestions?

Hello,

do I understood right that you have a cell connection but not a data connection? In this case there could be a problem with the APN, since it was working probable on the site of your provider. An other option could be, that the connection method is no longer available. Do you have selected special rules, for example 4G only? What kind of model you are using?

Hi. I change it for a brand new Rout240 and I realized that in this one I have to set not only the pin code but also the puk code.

When I set the puk it works.

I don't know why I didn't have this option with the other rout.
