Hi,

I am using RUT955 with FW ver.: RUT9XX_R_00.06.06.1

Main wan: wired (static ip)

Secondary wan: mobile (static ip)

I am trying to work with failover but it is acting like dual wan.

If i access from the wan1 or wan2 ip it will access but if i disconnect the wired connection both connection wont work until i reconnect the wired again then it is working again like dual wan

It is acting OK only once after reboot, but after reconnecting the wire it is acting again like dual wan.

Please help, I did full factory reset and it didnt helped, load balance working same as failover

I need to access the wan1 and if it isn't available then work with wan2

Thanks

Hello,

Can you check if you set it on WAN Failover instead of Load balancing in the Network > WAN Tab.
If issue still persist could you reflash the  firmware to the latest one and try to reflash it without keeping the settings.

Hope it helps

Jerome
