Hello,
We have a Rut950 with a 1 SIM card. Dialing in to Vodafone works perfectly. I also get an IP address. Only surfing the internet is unfortunately not possible with either WiFi or LAN. A ping to 8.8.8.8 is also without an answer. What could it be?

Do you have another SIM card to check your Internet connection? 
You could insert it into the router and retest or insert current sim card in phone or another device for recheck work internet on current SIM.
If the sim card is ok, you could send me troobleshoot file.
To do this, go to the tab: System → Administration → Troubleshoot.
