My rut240 is only giving me 10mbps

My RUT240 is only giving me download speeds of maximum 10Mbps, and often not more than 3-4Mbps. My oneplus6t is giving me a constant 20-30mpbs in the same place with the same network.

Is the RUT really this slow?

Hello, 

Regarding this if you are comparing RUT240 with Oneplus6t. RUT240 has a CAT4 LTE module while Oneplus6t have  X55 5G modem, that also supports LTE Cat 24/22.
