Hello,

I'm trying to find out how to switch on/off the cellular parameter "demand_enable" by sending a SMS.

I've sent "<adminPW> cellular demand_enable=0"

It seems that the router's mobile interface is now "stable online" without timeout the connection but:

 - within the WEB-Interface *network;Mobile" the option ist "activate" is still "on" but grayed.out, not selectable anymore.

 - doing a "more /etc/config/simcard" shows (still) "option demand_enable  '1' "

Trying to use "<adminPW> cellular demand_enable=off" restarts the mobile connection but doesn't fix the setting showen...

What's the right SMS command for demand_enable?

Is there a list of the available commands and their usage?

Thanks for your help

Ralf

Thanks!

After some studies, I encountered, that the parameter is available via

"uci set simcard.ppp.demand_enable=0 or 1"

But, it is only dealed with, in case the connection-type is PPP. The connection type changed "silently" to QMI... In this case the checkbox in the GUI is not active...
