OpenVPN connect as client but no ping?

Hello,

I have a question about getting stuck. I configured the Teltonika RUTX11 as an openvpn client and connected it to the server. The router has also got a tunnel ip and it is shown as status connect.

Router IP: 192.168.168.254

Tunnel IP

172.20.1.2

If I now want to ping another computer in the tunnel, the message Destination host cannot be reached from IP 192.168.168.254. Looks somehow as if the router doesn't know where to send the packets !?

It is not even possible to ping the network address 172.20.1.0 or 172.20.1.1 !?

What could that be? Does somebody has any idea?

Hello,

In order for me to help you, I will need you to draw me a topology (where I could see all the IP addresses) and send me a troubleshoot file, which you can find at SYSTEM > ADMINISTRATION > TROUBLESHOOT section.
