Ordered a RUTX11 and was really looking forward to setting it up using the Nano SIM inside the LTE iPad.

Unfortunately the SIM tray is only for Mini SIM, and does not come with a Nano/Micro to Mini SIM adapter. Was it supposed to have an adapter in the box?

The modem does comes with a SIM removal pin. Please consider adding a SIM adapter kit. They are really cheap, but painful when missing.

Received this modem in a very remote area, and with the current lockdown situation not able to go get or ship an adapter for multiple days.

No, a SIM card adapter is not included in the package. You can check in the Teltonika-Networks website to see what is included in a standard package. But we will take it into consideration, thank you.
