I'd like to state first of all, that my rut x 09 can be a great device, but unfortunately the web interface behaves absolutely buggy. I have to fight the entire time that checkboxes I ticked and save get accepted. Need to do many restarts. Overall the user experience is very unpleasent.

In Detail:

Fimware: RUTX_R_00.02.01.1

SIM Slot 1 with unlimited LTE Card. No landline WAN, no second SIM Card.

Creating Dynamic DNS:

Enabled on (only gets accepted every now and then, currently on)

provider: strato

IP address: public

URL to detect: http://checkip.dyndns.com

Interval: 5 Minutes.

==> In "DYNAMIC DNS OVERVIEW" the local IP 10.40.xxx.xx is shown. Even though in my browser under "http://checkip.dyndns.com" the real public IP is shown and differs: 89.204.xxx.xx

In consequence the Domain I use isn't redirected at all. Why that behaviour? What can be done to fix it?

Second:

Under Status -> Network -> LAN its appears to be totally random what devices are shown, usually hides approx 50 percent of the devices connected...

Hello,

Could you elaborate more on your issues with configuration saving? You check needed boxes, and fill rest of needed configuration, press Save and after screen loads, yours configuration is not saved?

As for DDNS. At this moment you have Private IP address (10.40.xxx.xx) assigned by yours Mobile service provider, it is not done by router. Unlimited service does not mean Public IP, but if yours SIM card should have one, you have to use custom APN in yours WAN configuration. Until Public IP is assigned to yours router DDNS service will not work.
