RUTX11 CLI does not connect over RMS

Setup a brand new RUTX11 modem. The mobile network does not have a public IP, so using RMS to manage it offsite.

SSH/WebUI/CLI enabled.

Remote SSH/WebUI/CLI disabled.

The RMS WebUI works (though very slowly), however the CLI does not work: https://wiki.teltonika-networks.com/view/How_to_reach_a_router%27s_command_line_interface_(CLI)_from_RMS%3F

CLI does not work from both WebUI (empty window) and from RMS (stuck Connecting to device...)

Firmware: RUTX_R_00.02.01.1

Hello,

Right now if you access router Webui through RMS CLI won't work, however accessing CLI by clicking RMS-cli-button.png  icon should work. If the issue persists with a different browser, please send me a private message with your device serial number.
