Hello All,

As above, does troubleshoot file include system log file?

When l view system log file via UI, l can see relevant information regarding the IPSec VPN, but when l download troubleshoot file, l cannot find the same data, no IPSec VPN logs.

Troubleshoot file includes configuration files and log files (all events, network events, system log, system events).
