Hello,

I have noticed, that the GPS date and time is not working correctly. As you can see in the two screenshots, it shows year 2026 and thus it is not being recognized by any GPS Tracking Server, as this is a future event for these devices.

Maybe you remember, that you have already fixed a general GPS issue for my older device in November 2019:

Hello,

I see you are using firmware that had a GPS fix. The following firmware was then released, which solves GPS time issues. You can download the firmware fix from here.

GPS fixes have also been added to the latest firmware version. You can find the latest firmware here:

thank you for your reply BUT unfortunately I cannot upgrade to the "usual" firmware updates as you had developed a special firmware version for me because of the "GPS did not work anymore due to an old hardware version - issue". Please read this thread and then you will understand why I cannot update to the normal versions: https://community.teltonika-networks.com/10968/gps-stop-working

So indeed I am currently running this "special" firmware version you developed for me: RUT9XX_T_F1835_00.06.05.20_WEBUI

The only working method would be to implement this GPS time and date fix in the version RUT9XX_T_F1835_00.06.05.20_WEBUI and deliver it to me.

BTW, I did already test the latest firmware but then, as expected, GPS stopped working completely.

The same issue you had before was faced other users, so that firmware was also given to other users who solved the issue. Some of the same users have encountered your current issue and have been able to resolve it with this firmware.

Try to install this firmware, it should solve all issues.

Thank you very much for your quick reply! I have installed FW version RUT9XX_T_F1918_00.06.05.104_WEBUI.bin and it seems to be working fine. I will have some ongoing checks and will let you know if any issues will appear.
