Hi there,

I am configuring a RUTX10 using both 2.4 and 5G bands. Client isolation is OFF on both however clients connect to 1 band are not able to be seen by other or vice versa. Could you please advise where I should look into for solve it? Thanks.

I don’t know if I understood the situation well, but do you mean when one device connects to the 2.4GHz band and the other to the 5GHz band they can't reach each other?

Also, please send me your router troubleshoot file via private message, that I could see your configuration and understand the situation correctly.  Troubleshoot can be downloaded from routers WebUI, System -> Administration -> Troubleshoot
