When configuring the RUT240, SIM cards were made unusable.

With the first configuration with a SIM card (Telekom) everything worked.
Device connects to the cellular network.

After modifying other settings (e.g. firewall), the message came up in the overview: SIM (not inserted).
SIM didn't work in a phone either.
A second SIM card also showed this symptom.

The current firmware is used (RUT2XX_R_00.01.12.1).

Why are SIM cards made unusable?

Hello,

Can you please make following steps:

- Power off device;

- Insert a SIM card to the RUT240;

- Make sure both LTE antennas are attached;

- Power on the device;

- Connect to the RUT240 webUI and check if issue persist.

If so, please navigate to System -> Administration -> Troubleshoot download the file and please PM it to me. Make sure that when downloading troubleshoot file router shows SIM status: SIM (not inserted).

Also, can you please provide in more detail what firewall and other changes you did before the issue? If this is sensitive information, you can PM it to me. And also if possible provide us with the steps how to reproduce this issue on our side.

Please let me know.
