Hello,
where is stored the SMS content text?
I found the sms.db (sqlite) in /log/sms.db but is empty.

Hello,

SMS are stored in a SIM card. If you want to manage SMS via SSH, you can do it with gsmctl commands. Take a look here: https://wiki.teltonika-networks.com/view/Gsmctl_commands#SMS_management_options

I disabled "Save messages on SIM" so where are stored in this case?

If this option is not used, the router will automatically delete all incoming messages after they have been read. So the messages won't be stored.
