Hello,
on RUTX11 there is NO MOBILE TRAFFIC USAGE?
In status -> mobile I can read "bytes received / sent" but it reset on every reboot.

Hello, 

I hope your safe and doing well. 

Regarding your issue we do have this Realtime graph for network traffic. 

You can find it on  the Status > Graphs > Traffic > For mobile MOB1S1A1 (Sim1) and MOB1S2A1 (Sim2)

Like the image shown below:

I have SIM1 with limited traffic amount per month (50 Giga bytes) so I need
to control the sent/received data usage monthly.
Where I can read it and how by web api or script?
Why the mobile data sent / received bytes reset on every reboot?

For data limit you can manage it on Network > WAN > MOB1S1A1 > Data limit like this image shown below:

your proposition is good if you want to stop the traffic or switch on the second sim
with some limit but I need to read the traffic usage and use on my domotic system.

This script is what I needed:
ubus call mdcollect get_overall '{"iface_name":"qmimux0","conn_period":"month","sim":1}'
